The hotel's location was central, right in the heart of Amsterdam. Leidse Square was just a quick walk from the hotel. I liked the layout of our double room. the bathroom was spotless and had a shower, hairdryer, and fresh towels.

The hotel is located in a magnificent and amazing area, right next to the bustling Utrechtsestraat. It's just a 5-minute walk from Rembrantsplien and the city center. - the location is within short walking distance to everywhere we needed. - A cool bonus was the nearby Cafe de Huyschkaemer, which offered tea and coffee.

Clean space - fully equipped with everything you need for a city trip - from a fridge to towels. Great location - close to tourist attractions and local gems guided by Annelies. Easy access via tram from the main railway station. Lovely outdoor terrace for a relaxing breakfast or post-sightseeing drinks.

We had an amazing experience staying at Boutique Studio Magielsen Bed & Breakfast. the location was gorgeous, set in a residential area with unique charm, and within easy walking distance of everything we had planned. the property itself was beautiful and comfortable, with lovely touches like underfloor heating, salt lamps, and cozy cushions. the host, Annelies, went above and beyond to make our stay special, with little treats, teas, coffee. She also provided a list of local recommendations for an authentic Amsterdam experience. a real find and a 100 out of 100 from us!

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The location is jaw-dropping, in a charming residential area, with easy access to everything we had planned. The studio itself is super cozy and beautifully decorated. The host went above and beyond with little treats and even a bottle of champagne. The underfloor heating and lovely touches like salt lamps made it feel incredibly homely and comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for a true local experience. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Plus, the late check-out and a bonus terrace were a delightful surprise. Thank you, Annelies, for an unforgettable stay!

Had a blast exploring nearby Rembrandtplein, Royal Theater Carré, and Rijkmuseum. Free WiFi was a lifesaver for posting insta pics of my cozy, towel-filled breakfast in bed.
Vaguely disappointed that the property didn't include a pet giraffe - would've made the terrace parties so much more interesting.

The flat could get quite warm, especially during hot weather, although there is a fan provided.
